THE FINALACE

How to play

The Final Ace is a single-player Counter-Strike draft game. You build a five-player team from real historic line-ups and take it through a simulated tournament.

1. Pick your setup

Choose a composition (standard, double AWP or rifle heavy), a difficulty (Classic shows every player's rating; From memory hides it) and a format (Classic with Bo1 and Bo3 series, or Quick with every series in Bo1). There is also a Daily challenge with the same draws for everyone.

2. Draft

Each round draws a line-up from a historic tournament: CS:GO and CS2 Major semi-finalists since 2013 plus classic CS 1.6 champions. Pick one player and put him in a free slot (AWP, IGL, Entry, Support, Lurker). Players are strongest in their main role, a bit weaker in their secondary role and much weaker out of position. You get two free re-rolls per run.

3. Comfort map and permaban

Choose the map your team likes most and the map you always ban. Every player has map strengths and weaknesses taken from his real results.

4. Veto and play

Each series starts with a map veto against the opponent. During the maps you make the calls that matter: eco or force after a lost pistol, which bombsite to hit on key T rounds, retake or save on key CT rounds, and when to use your tactical timeout. You can also set those calls to automatic.

5. Results

At the end you get HLTV-style stats (K–D, ADR, KAST, Swing, Rating), awards, a shareable image and progress on your profile: titles, achievements and your best players.

Quiz

The Quiz tab has a daily quiz (ten questions, the same for everyone) and an endless practice mode built from the game's database.
